Bierock

Description

The traditional bierock, from Germany and Eastern Europe, is made with ground meat, cabbage, onion, and seasonings. We do like the traditional, but we stepped it up with our own varieties. We start with our traditional yeast dough, then cram it full of filling. We currently offer the following, with more to come:

• Sausage, Egg, and Cheese - A bierock filled with sausage, scrambled egg, and American cheese
• Bacon, Egg, and Cheese - A bierock filled with bacon, scrambled egg, and American cheese
• Cheeseburger - A bierock filled with ground beef and American cheese
• Pizza - A bierock filled with sliced pepperoni, provolone cheese, and pizza sauce
• Gyro - A bierock filled with gyro meat and feta cheese
